Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We offer full refunds minus the cost of return shipping.
To start a return, you can contact us at rosespunhome@gmail.com and include your receipt or order number and a description or photos of the item's condition. If we determine it is in returnable condition, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Upon recieving the return, your item will be reviewed and, if it is in the same condition described in prior communication, your refund will be processed. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom blankets.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and, if it recieves final approval, automatically refund the full amount (minus the cost of the return shipping label) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The only way a return may not recieve final approval is if it is in considerably worse condition than initially described when requesting the return (excluding any fault of the shipping service). If this happens, you will have the option to have the item sent back for the cost of shipping.
